Swift Partners – Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Swift Partners Referral Program! Before submitting your referral, please read the terms and conditions carefully. By clicking “Proceed,” you confirm that you have read and agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

The Swift Partners Referral Program is open to everyone regardless of gender, race, nationality, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or background. We believe in inclusivity and equal opportunity for all.

2. How to Refer

To refer a candidate:

• You must read and accept these terms and conditions.

• Click the "Proceed" button at the bottom of the page.

• Submit the referral details through the provided form or channel.

3. Consent and Data Processing

By participating in this program:

• Referrers agree that their personal information and their referral’s information (including CV) will be collected, stored, and processed by Swift-up and shared with our partner clients for recruitment purposes.

• Referrers confirm that they have obtained consent from the referral to share their details and that the referral is aware that their application is being processed through Swift-up.

4. Candidate Ownership

• Any candidate who has already been processed, contacted, or engaged by Swift-up within the past three (3) months is not eligible for a referral reward.

• The first person to refer a candidate will be credited as the referrer, subject to verification.

5. Reward Release

• Approved rewards will be released to the referrer’s personal bank account or e-wallet of choice. The account holder's name must match the referrer's name.

• Rewards will be released on the first working day following the official start date of the referred candidate, as confirmed by the client and Swift-up.
