Sales Manager [Aesthetic Device Distributor]

Summary

  • Build and lead a team of salespeople to drive revenue based on set targets.

  • Motivate the team to continuously generate leads, foster client relationships, and exceed customer expectations.

  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to sales teams.

  • Identify and set goals; devise strategic sales plans to help the team achieve them.

  • Analyze data and identify territories with growth opportunities for the team.

  • Achieve company objectives by thorough planning, goal-setting, performance analysis, and forecasting.

  • Serve as the primary Brand Ambassador of the company, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.

  • Collaborate with the team to understand consumer needs and align our solutions accordingly.

  • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives.

  • Continuously develop skills related to hiring, training, and team leadership.

  • Generate leads and establish strong client relationships.

  • Meet or exceed planned sales goals.

  • Develop and regularly update a comprehensive business plan, covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.

  • Set, monitor, and report on individual sales target progress.

  • Supervise, evaluate, and provide feedback on team performance.

  • Work closely with marketing to enhance lead generation strategies.

  • Offer ongoing coaching and development to sales personnel to support professional growth.

  • Promote the organization and its products.

  • Understand target customers and how they engage with our products.

  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to expand customer base and global presence.

  • Identify and close knowledge gaps within the sales team.

  • Conduct regular meetings and daily check-ins to align the team with sales quotas.

  • Manage end-of-month and end-of-year sales closing processes.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in corporate sales management.

  • Proven leadership experience in directing and managing sales teams.

  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.

  • Expertise in planning and executing sales strategies.

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • Experience in motivational speaking is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
