RCM Team Leader

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in HR, training, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience, including hands-on experience in launching and growing a startup business. This role requires someone who is skilled in coaching, team development, and operational management while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

Job Description:

Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and job satisfaction.

Training & Development:

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance, ensure compliance, and promote continuous learning.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
2. Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
3. Experience in launching and growing a startup business.
4. Strong background in medical coding.
5. Demonstrated experience in HR tasks, employee relations, and performance management.
6. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and training skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Other information:

• Salary is between 55,000PHP to 60,000PHP

• Work-from-home with 15 days on-site per year

• Night shift (Eastern Standard Time)
