Project Manager Power Platform

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Microsoft Power Platform projects (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience delivering Microsoft business applications. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring solutions meet customer expectations, are delivered on time, and align with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects, from initiation through go-live and support.

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.

• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions where required.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and status meetings.

• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value aligned with client objectives.

Collaboration & Team Leadership

• Coordinate work between functional consultants, developers, architects, and testers.

• Lead cross-functional project teams and foster a collaborative working environment.

• Support pre-sales activities by providing input into proposals, estimates, and solution planning.

• Coach and mentor team members in project management best practices.

Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure projects comply with governance, security, and compliance standards.

• Oversee change management, documentation, and handover processes.

• Track KPIs, success metrics, and client satisfaction scores.

• Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Project Management Expertise

• Proven track record of managing IT/software implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure services preferred.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent).

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Experience

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master).

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-600) are a plus.

• Prior experience in consulting, digital transformation, or system integration projects.

• Industry-specific project experience (finance, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing) is desirable..

• Salary: Above market - can be negotiated

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH - can be negotiated depending on candidates’ location
