Project Manager Infrastructure
Project Manager to own and drive IT infrastructure and Microsoft Cloud projects within our PMO-driven environment. This is not just a coordination role—you will be at the forefront, ensuring seamless execution, tackling challenges head-on, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead from the Front
Develop and execute detailed project plans—owning scope, budget, and timelines with precision.
Proactively identify roadblocks and resolve them before they become problems.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring technical teams align with business objectives.
Deliver Impactful IT Infrastructure & Microsoft Cloud Projects
Oversee deployments, upgrades, and migrations for Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Security) and IT infrastructure.
Align solutions with business needs, ensuring scalability and long-term success.
Anticipate risks and implement effective mitigation strategies—before they impact delivery.
Own Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Be the trusted advisor—communicate effectively with clients and executives.
Run high-impact meetings, ensuring clarity on expectations, deliverables, and roadmaps.
Manage competing priorities while keeping projects on track and clients engaged.
Drive Team Excellence & Resource Optimization
Align the right people to the right tasks, ensuring optimal use of expertise.
Build strong working relationships across technical, business, and leadership teams.
Maintain accountability across project teams—everyone delivers.
Ensure Quality & Compliance
Implement best practices and governance standards in every project.
Conduct thorough post-project reviews, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
Deliver with precision—no loose ends, no surprises
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT project management within an MSP environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Entra ID, Security) and IT infrastructure.
A solution-focused mindset—you thrive on tackling challenges and finding answers.
Ability to handle complexity and drive multiple projects with competing priorities.
Experience in PMO-driven methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certification is a plus).
Clear, confident, and influential communication with technical and executive teams.

Minimum Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in same role

Salary: Above market - can be negotiated
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH - can be negotiated depending on candidates’ location
