MS Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

Summary:

As an MS Dynamics CRM 365 Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 solutions. This role involves customizing the system to meet the client's business requirements, integrating it with other applications, and providing technical support and guidance. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Dynamics CRM and a strong understanding of its technical aspects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement solutions on MS CRM D365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture.

  • Write specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations.

  • Develop, deploy, customize, test, and integrate complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM project requirements.

  • Design and build plugins, custom and complex workflows, and JavaScript libraries.

  • Implement integration with third-party solutions using APIs.

  • Work according to the norms defined in the ISMS 27001 policy.

Technical and Functional Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform and its various modules.

  • Experience working in D365 CRM, including Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies.

  • Experience with the latest D365 ecosystem.

  • Technical background working with Microsoft .NET technologies: Visual Studio.NET, ADO.NET, C#, SQL Server, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, SharePoint, Power BI, and Web Services.

  • Experience with configuration and setup of Dynamics CRM and related Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Office 365, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, Flows, PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI.

  • Familiarity with core Microsoft offerings.

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development.

  • Strong experience working on software development using an agile methodology.

  • Maintains Microsoft Certification relevance on related platforms and products.

  • Knowledge of DevOps and agile scrum processes.

  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM applications, with a willingness to learn MS CRM.

  • Understanding of industry-standard project management methodologies.

  • Experience with Resco, ClickDimensions, and Scribe is a clear advantage.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Certification: MB 200, MB 210, MB 240, MB 230, MB 600, Any power platform certification is a plus

  • Education: Bachelors / Masters -B.Tech / M.Tech / B.C.A / M.C.A

Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in same role

  • Salary: Above market - can be negotiated

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH - can be negotiated depending on candidates’ location
