MS Dynamics Technical Architect

Technical Architect / Technical Lead - MS Dynamics CRM 365

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and implementation of automated Dynamics CRM solutions.

  • Serve as trusted advisor to customers and teams.

  • Improve business processes and recommend solution roadmaps.

  • Ensure solution integrity and develop reusable assets.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create prototypes.

  • Guide teams on solution architecture, best practices, and coding standards.

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with goals.

  • Educate teams on platform updates and new features.

  • Conduct product demos and mentor team members.

  • Ensure compliance with ISMS 27001.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in D365 CRM, Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows, and Custom Workflow Assemblies.

  • Knowledge of platform integration, APIs, and architectural frameworks.

  • Proficient in Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service, and Microsoft Social Engagement.

  • Hands-on with Azure OpenAI Studio, MS D365 setup, installation, and deployment.

  • Skilled in JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Angular.js, React.js), .NET (C#), and REST APIs.

  • Experience with Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, CDS, and Microsoft .NET technologies.

  • Data migration and integration expertise (REST API, middleware).

  • Familiar with Power Pages, Power Apps Portals, Azure services, and agile methodologies.

  • Proficient in source control (GIT, VSS) and CI/CD.

Functional Skills

  • Experienced MS D365 CRM professional with expertise in project delivery and fitment analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of performance tuning, data integration, and migration.

  • Skilled in RFPs/RFIs, program management, and risk mitigation.

  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management abilities.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

  • Proven experience with US, Australian, and UK clients.

  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in same role

Other information:

  • Salary: Above market - can be negotiated

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH - can be negotiated depending on candidates’ location
