MS Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant
Summary:
The D365 F&O Functional Consultant will lead the design and implementation of Finance & Operations modules with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing (MFG). This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, configure systems, and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business process analysis and fit-gap assessments.
Lead solution design sessions and develop Functional Design Documents (FDD).
Configure D365 F&O modules for SCM and MFG including Inventory, Procurement, Production Control, BOM, and Routing.
Support data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Deliver key user training, go-live support, and post-implementation improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with functional requirements.
Ensure compliance with ISMS 27001 standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in D365 F&O implementations.
Strong functional knowledge in:
Finance: GL, Fixed Assets, Expense Management, Consolidations.
SCM: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales Order Processing.
MFG: Production Control, BOM, Routing, Scheduling.
Experience in multi-country, multi-legal entity environments.
Proficiency with Data Management Framework and interface design.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Data Lake, PowerApps, and Office 365.
Understanding of integrations and third-party solutions.
Experience in Agile environments and DevOps practices.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering, or related field.
MBA (Finance/Operations) or Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-200, MB-300, MB-400, MB-500) are desirable.
Minimum Qualification:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in same role

Salary: Above market - can be negotiated
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH - can be negotiated depending on candidates’ location
