Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who can fully manage our online presence, content, and advertising efforts. This role requires someone creative, technical, and data-driven, with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience running multi-platform campaigns.

You will take ownership of social media management, content creation, email marketing systems, and paid advertising while collaborating with our internal AI media support to scale production of ads and videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts

• Create blog posts and written marketing content

• Build, maintain, and optimize email marketing systems and automations

• Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and potentially TikTok

• Prepare for and possibly manage future ads on Amazon

• Use AI tools to create or enhance ads, creatives, and videos

• Track performance, optimize campaigns, and report results

• Work alongside internal team members (including AI media creators) to execute marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management

• Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google & Meta required; TikTok/Amazon is a plus)

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Experience using AI for marketing, copy, creatives, or video production

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

• Analytical mindset with focus on ROI and growth

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating with creative or media production teams

• Background in funnel building and lead generation

• Familiarity with automation and CRM/email integrations

• Salary: Up to $10 per hour

• Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH

• MUST have own equipment and reliable internet connection
