As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and providers, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their healthcare journey.

Job Description:

Your role includes answering calls and emails, assisting with appointment scheduling, verifying insurance coverage, and addressing billing or service inquiries. You’ll work closely with medical staff to provide accurate information while delivering empathetic and professional support. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are key to success in this role.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in BPO company, preferably Healthcare account

Other information:

  • Salary: 27,000PHP - 30,000PHP

  • Work-from-home with 15 days on-site per year

  • Night shift (Eastern Standard Time)
