Copilot Presales Solution
We are seeking a dynamic and technically-savvy Copilot Presales Solution Specialist to lead customer engagements and articulate the value of AI-powered solutions such as Microsoft Copilot (M365, Dynamics 365, GitHub Copilot, etc.). In this role, you'll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, design tailored demos, and guide prospects through the AI adoption journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the technical subject matter expert for Copilot offerings (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
Partner with sales to understand customer pain points and align Copilot solutions accordingly.
Develop and deliver high-impact demos and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions that showcase Copilot’s capabilities.
Lead discovery workshops and AI readiness assessments with customers.
Translate complex technical features into clear business value propositions.
Collaborate with Microsoft and/or ISV partners on co-selling opportunities.
Stay current on Microsoft Copilot roadmap, licensing, security, and integration strategies.
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams.
Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation as needed.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, or similar enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of GenAI/LLM concepts, AI copilots, or conversational AI solutions.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills — able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to build POCs or custom demos using tools like Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, or GitHub.
Understanding of data security, compliance, and identity in Microsoft ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AI-102, PL-200, SC-900).
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform AI Builder.
Experience with GitHub Copilot in developer workflows.
Strong business acumen and consultative selling experience.
Minimum Qualification:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Power Platform Presales

Salary: Starts at 90,000
Hybrid set-up (Minimum of twice a week, depending on the location)
