AI Marketing

Job Overview:

We are looking for an AI Marketing & Automation Specialist to help transform our marketing operations through AI. This role focuses on AI-driven content creation, video production, advertising, and automation, reducing manual work while significantly increasing output and efficiency.

You will be responsible for identifying, testing, and implementing AI tools that enable scalable marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools to produce high-volume marketing content, with a strong focus on short-form videos

• Create and publish daily AI-generated videos for brand awareness and marketing campaigns

• Develop, launch, and optimize AI-powered LinkedIn ad campaigns

• Implement AI solutions for email marketing, content repurposing, and campaign automation

• Research, test, and deploy new AI tools to improve speed, scale, and ROI

• Document AI workflows, automations, and processes clearly for team use

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI marketing tools, trends, and best practices

• Hands-on experience with AI video generation, copywriting, and automation tools

• Creative yet data-driven mindset with a focus on performance

• Ability to work independently and proactively experiment with new tools

• Hybrid marketing + technology skill set
