Aesthetic Device Trainer

Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Aesthetic Device Trainer to provide training, education, and support on the safe and effective use of medical aesthetic devices (such as lasers, RF, ultrasound, injectables-related devices, or skin treatment technologies). The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in aesthetics or medical devices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging training programs for healthcare professionals and clinic staff.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Education

• Deliver clinical and technical training sessions to physicians, nurses, aestheticians, and clinic staff on aesthetic devices.

• Conduct on-site, virtual, and workshop-style training tailored to different audiences.

• Provide comprehensive training on device setup, operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Educate users on treatment techniques, patient selection, and post-treatment care.

Clinical Support & Demonstrations

• Assist clinics with device implementation and onboarding.

• Perform live product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.

• Provide clinical support during initial treatments to ensure correct usage and build confidence in operators.

• Stay up to date on clinical studies, treatment protocols, and industry innovations.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Partner with sales teams to support pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales training.

• Contribute to marketing events, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.

• Assist in developing training manuals, SOPs, and educational content for internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all training programs comply with local medical regulations, device usage standards, and company policies.

• Document training sessions and maintain accurate training records.

• Provide feedback to R&D and product teams regarding user experience and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Background in nursing, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or medical devices.

• Prior experience as a clinical trainer, aesthetic practitioner, or medical device specialist.

• Hands-on experience with aesthetic technologies (e.g., lasers, RF, ultrasound, IPL, skin rejuvenation, body contouring devices).

Technical & Clinical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, cosmetic treatments, and aesthetic procedures.

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Ability to troubleshoot device issues and provide technical support.

• Familiarity with compliance, patient safety, and treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Certification or licensing in aesthetic practice (where required by local regulations).

• Previous experience working with medical/aesthetic device manufacturers or distributors.

• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring healthcare professionals.

• Multilingual skills are a plus.

• Salary: Above market - can be negotiated

• Work Arrangement: Onsite (Whether Ortigas or Makati - Should be willing to travel in Metro Manila)
