Job Description:

Driver Coordination:

  • Handle incoming calls from drivers to coordinate medical supply deliveries.

  • Provide necessary instructions and updates to drivers regarding delivery schedules and routes.

  • Ensure drivers are on track and address any issues or delays that may arise.

  • Patient Communication:

  • Call patients to confirm the receipt of medical supplies.

  • Address any concerns or issues patients may have regarding deliveries.

  • Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with patients, ensuring they are satisfied with the delivery process.

    Ad-hoc Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with general office tasks, such as data entry, managing delivery schedules, or updating patient records.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the operations of the team.

  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery issues, including coordinating with drivers and patients to ensure a smooth resolution.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.

    Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of driver communications, delivery confirmations, and patient feedback.

  • Work-from-home with 15 days on-site per year

  • Night shift (Eastern Standard Time)
