Job Description:
Driver Coordination:
Handle incoming calls from drivers to coordinate medical supply deliveries.
Provide necessary instructions and updates to drivers regarding delivery schedules and routes.
Ensure drivers are on track and address any issues or delays that may arise.
Patient Communication:
Call patients to confirm the receipt of medical supplies.
Address any concerns or issues patients may have regarding deliveries.
Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with patients, ensuring they are satisfied with the delivery process.
Ad-hoc Administrative Tasks:
Assist with general office tasks, such as data entry, managing delivery schedules, or updating patient records.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the operations of the team.
Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery issues, including coordinating with drivers and patients to ensure a smooth resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of driver communications, delivery confirmations, and patient feedback.
